Mindfulness Club, earlier known as the Mindful Career Club, is a kind space to pause, reflect, and make powerful decisions to pave your path of self-actualization.
We care deeply about personal growth, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence.

As a member of the club, you are invited to join group coaching sessions designed to help you connect with your highest potential, purpose, and inner leadership.

You will gain practical tools and strategies to achieve personal transformation through guided coaching exercises, gamified (Miro) exercises, mindfulness practices, and interactive group discussions.

Group Coaching

The group sessions of Mindfulness Club incorporate fun and gamified exercises as well as creative visualizations or active meditation. 
 

Participants also receive self-reflection workbooks to maintain progress and create a lasting impact.
