Your Meditative Journaling Questions

After completing this meditation, take a few moments to write about your experience. Journaling allows you to translate intuitive sensations into conscious awareness and reinforce what you’ve learned. Use the following questions:

2️⃣ What did my "No" feel like? Was there tension, heaviness, or resistance?
