🔮 Journaling & Self-Reflection Questions

After completing this meditation, take a few moments to write down your experience. The following journal questions will help you integrate what you discovered:

1️⃣ What did my future home look like? Describe it in colors, pictures, and books.

2️⃣ How did I feel when I saw my future self? 

3️⃣ What belief about myself should I let go of to allow my future to grow within me?

4️⃣ Which of my skills or abilities helped my future self overcome challenges? 

5️⃣ What is the healthiest, most loving, and most empowering belief I can hold about myself today to follow my dreams? 

6️⃣ How does this belief transform my life?  If I fully embodied this belief, what would change in me and my life? What different decisions would I make? What habits would I release, and what would I add to my life?

7️⃣ How would my best friends or family notice that I am living my highest belief about myself? 

8️⃣ What symbol can remind me of my new belief and inner power? 

9️⃣ How can I keep the feeling of confidence and clarity from my future self alive within me? 

🔟 How can I take a step today, with love and awareness, to move closer to my future self?
